Return and Refund Policy
At Elixyr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a simple and flexible return policy within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Unopened products are accepted without issue.
- Opened products are also accepted, provided at least 75% of the content remains and the packaging is in good condition.
- Abusive or repeated returns may be refused.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at [retours@elixyr.com] within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return (optional).
- We will issue a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product to the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective product (in which case we will send you a prepaid return label).
Refunds
- Unopened product: Full refund of the product + original shipping fees.
- Opened product: Pro-rated refund based on the remaining quantity.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
